SSO Login Troubleshooting
Note: Most organizations will not use Single Sign On (SSO) to log in to third party applications, including app.raptormaps.com and the Raptor Solar Mobile App.
If your organization does require SSO for logging in, here are some common issues if users are unable to log in with SSO.

Confirm that the user is part of the org in the Raptor App.

This can be checked by navigating to the https://app.raptormaps.com/organization/edit page and validating that they belong to the org.

If a user has been added to multiple orgs, confirm that the user isn’t currently viewing a different org than the one they're trying to access. Please refer to the guide here on onboarding users.

Your user may need to be added to the group that has access to the Raptor App within your SSO provider. Contact your IT team and have them check that your account is a part of the SSO group attached to Raptor Maps.
