SSO Login Troubleshooting

Here are some common issues if users are unable to log in with SSO.

  1. Double check that the user is part of an org in the Raptor App. 

    1. This can be checked by navigating to the https://app.raptormaps.com/organization/edit page and validating that they belong to the org. If there are multiple orgs, check that the user isn’t in another org that is not set as the current one. Please refer to the guide here on onboarding users.

  2. Your user may need to be added to the group that has access to the Raptor App within your SSO provider. Contact your IT team and have them check that your account is a part of the SSO group attached to Raptor Maps. 

  3. If both points above are confirmed and users are still having trouble accessing the Raptor App, please reach out to customer support at support@raptormaps.com.
