"Raptor Solar" Mobile Application Feature Guide
What are key features in the mobile app (Raptor Solar)?
Anomaly statuses to track power restored.
-
Anomaly Statuses - You are now able to update the Status of an Anomaly to Detected, Verified, Not Found or Resolved. You can also color code the map by anomaly status by opening your Map Layer settings and clicking “Anomaly Status.”
-
Task Linking - When you complete a Task, we will ask if you want to update the Status of the associated Anomaly. This allows you to filter your Inspection view to non-Resolved anomalies to identify issues that still need to be addressed.
Speedier download process that scales to larger sites.
-
You can download by data layer and choose the information you need while out on site.
-
Coming soon: Download by Circuit Block - this allows you to download data for a subset of your site. We expect 200+ MW sites to be better supported once this update has been shipped.
Tasks experience to simplify in-field remediation.
-
Tasks shown in the main map view - To view Tasks, simply open the Map Layer settings for a particular solar site and select Data = Tasks. This will highlight each module on the map with a Task associated.
-
Filters - Filter tasks by Task List, Task Owner, Priority, Anomaly Type, Requested Action, and Status making it easy to hone in on relevant tasks.
-
View associated anomalies/equipment - When viewing a Task, you can now click “View More” to open the associated Anomaly or Equipment card. This gives you easy access to our rich database of information regarding the equipment and provides technicians valuable context as they undergo remediation.
-
Field editing - Editing Task fields is much more intuitive, fields with a pencil icon are editable and color coding provides an easy visual for speedy scanning.
-
List view - In addition to viewing Tasks on the map, users can view and search a list of Tasks. The Task list includes an overview of important Task data such as Priority, Requested Action and and Location.
-
Color-coding by status - The map is color coded by more granular Task statuses. Previously, users could only see if something was In Progress or Complete. Now users see Tasks color coded by Not Started, In Progress, Suspended, Canceled and Complete.

-
Add or update Serial Numbers through the Serial Number field - Users can update serial numbers directly in the 'Equipment' data layer, one module at a time. See here for step by step instructions.
