How to download a site for offline use in the Raptor Solar Mobile App

To download a site for offline use, follow these steps:

1. Select your site 

2. Click “Update” under Offline Map Layers 

3. Select the date you would like to download

   1. Equipment - Module download by default, this will allow you to see all o

   2. Inspections - This will download the inspection findings and allow you to see associated anomalies when offline

   3. Map View - Choose additional map views such as light or dark

4. Select Download - this will start a tracker indicating the progress of your download. 

   1. To Download data, you will need to remain on this screen with your phone open

   2. Larger sites can take up to 20 minutes to download so be sure to set aside time for this task before heading into the field. 

Once complete, your Offline Map Layers will say “Data Downloaded” and you can now access your map view, edit and update data while offline.
