How to download a site for offline use in the Raptor Solar Mobile App

To download a site for offline use, follow these steps:

1. Select your site 

2. Click “Update” under Offline Map Layers 

3. Select the data you would like to download:

   1. Equipment - Module download by default, this will allow you to see all digital rows and modules

   2. Inspections - This will download the inspection findings and allow you to see associated anomalies when offline

   3. Map View - Choose additional map backgrounds such as light or dark

4. Select Download - this will start a tracker indicating the progress of your download. 

   1. To download data, you will need to remain on this screen with your phone unlocked

   2. Large sites can take up to 20 minutes to download

Once complete, your Offline Map Layers will say “Data Downloaded” and you can now access your map view, edit, and update data while offline.
